We are looking for a highly motivated and creative junior graphic designer with ability to develop brand identities in printed and digital material to join our in-house design team in the graphic sector and work on exciting high-end residential, artistic and hospitality projects in Italy and around the world. 

The graphic designer we are looking for should possess not only technical skills but also a highly creative mindset, innovative solutions, refined aesthetic sense and strong teamwork ability.

The role will be to work alongside and support Marketing area and the Art Director on graphic projects, managing the graphics of all company publications (catalogs, brochures, newsletters, collateral design) and support the team for the management of the graphics of all the existing initiatives.

Responsibilities.
- Interpret the client brief and collaborate with Art Director to create and develop various creative graphic documents such as catalogs, brochures, presentations, newsletters, collateral design
- Produce graphic sketches, detailed drawings, presentations and graphic layouts
- Independently explore innovative graphic trends and techniques that enhance future designs

Requirements.
- A degree in graphic design and communication / advertising graphic / visual design / Interior Architecture / Spatial Design or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year work experience in graphic and communication companies 
- Problem solving and workload organization skills
- Ability to work with deadlines
- Knowledge and research of graphic and communicative trends
- Flexibility and teamwork skills
- Expertise in creativity techniques applied to marketing and communication
- Excellent knowledge of Basic Adobe Pack (Id, Ps and Ai)
- Skills in the main video creation and editing programs (Adobe Premiere) and in the main motion graphic programs (Adobe AfterEffects)
- Ability to develop printed and digital communication material
- Knowledge of printing techniques
- Solid skills in Office Package
- Fluency in English language (proficient use of English in both written and oral format)

Nice to have.
- Skills in web design or software as Figma, and a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS will be considered a plus
- A knowledge of architecture, interior design and lighting design will be considered a plus
- A knowledge of 3D software (Rhino, Grasshopper Sketch-Up), Autocad will be considered as a plus

- You must have a work permission for Italy to apply
- You will be expected to full time work in our Milan office
