LightScene Studio is looking for a Studio Administrator to join our dynamic studio in Milan.
We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Studio Administrator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our studio, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office while supporting our design teams and management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administration and operation of the studio
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and company events
- Maintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment
- Support onboarding and general HR administration
- Assist with project administration and document management
- Coordinate with external suppliers and service providers
- Support the leadership team with administrative and organisational tasks
- Help maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional studio environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative, office management, or studio support role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to work.
- Experience working in a design, architecture, engineering, or creative studio is an advantage.
- Applicants for the Italy-based position must have the legal right to work in Italy. Visa sponsorship is not available.
