An oasis surrounded by greenery short step from Milan is the setting for East Park, a new luxury residential complex designed to minimize environmental impact and create optimal spaces for people's health and well-being.

The buildings are surrounded by biodiversity, nestled between the natural beauty of the Centroparco and the vegetation of the private gardens. The double-height entrance hall is the project's business card: a series of welcoming, warm rooms, embellished with decorative lighting fixtures and characterized by delicate shades of light and shadow. In the main hall, large portals highlighted by lines of light invite visitors to enjoy the generous spaces, while recessed ceiling lights provide delicate lighting on the vertical green walls. In the waiting area, the column recesses are illuminated by cove lighting, which helps to further expand the space.

The mission of this project was to elegantly manage a large amount of light, emphasizing the reception areas while maintaining their appeal to visitors. LightScene Studio created a lighting design geared towards this goal, choosing a balanced management of intensities and light sources.
